The apartment is perfectly located right on the slopes in Siviez with many connections to the entire ski area. It is kept simple and furnished with the essentials.

The fairly spacious house is super located, you can literally ski inside. Ideal for a family with 2 teenagers. In the kitchen everything was provided in terms of necessities.

Practical holiday apartment with everything you need for a great skiing holiday.

Since the attic room does not contain a real door, it cannot be called a real room. Disadvantages: a.) The roof window cannot be opened in winter. b.) The smell of the kitchen and the heat in the room rise (thermal) as a result to the upper bedroom. Conclusion: From this point of view, the price is too high!

Optimally located holiday home, clean and well-kept, no luxury

Perfectly located on the ski slope with everything you need for a successful holiday.

On arrival, cleaning not done properly (chips under and in the sofa bed, sticky hood, for example). At this price, the living room-kitchen layout could be renovated and more cosy: better installed TV cables, adequate furniture, chairs in order, more comfortable sofa. Window door lock difficult. Fixed toilet bidets. Good: bedrooms and beds, bathrooms, kitchen. Super: outdoor storage, location for skiing. Too bad: terrace little (not) exposed to the sun.

The best of our apartment is the location: we have a wonderful favorable snow situation and good families with all members. The apartment is good. We have been in this apartment for many years.

We have been guests in Siviez for several years now. Accommodation was OK as always, we were very lucky with the weather, sun from Sunday to Friday afternoon. Partly temperatures around 4 °C at 2400 m. Snow was still ok, although in some places the turf was visible. The extended lift (No. 59) from Plan-du-Fou to Prarion is a plus, the era of the old drag lift is over.
