Molls Cottage

Both my daughter and husband have stayed at Moll's Cottage and both loved their stays. It is perfect in every way and Gail is a very warm, friendly, accommodating host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it.

The surroundings variety of places to visit.. Helpful home owners friendly and accommodating. A lovely cottage to rent bigger than we thought it would be.

The cottage was spacious and extremely well equipped.. The lounge was very warm and welcoming and the hosts had provided lots of useful literature about the surrounding area and plenty of reading material. It was nice to be able to have a good hot bath each evening after our day's walking.

The owners Gail & David were really lovely and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met

Our fourth time at Moll's Cottage.. Faultless, as ever Gail and David always make us welcome in their wonderful cottage. We almost feel part of the family!

The 'cottage' is in a lovely quiet location, with extremely friendly hosts who have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and trouble free.. There are plenty of walks, places to visit and pubs which provide meals within easy reach. It is a home from home with plenty of visitors returning time after time. Perhaps we should keep this treasure to ourselves !

The cottage was extremely well-equipped and comfortable.. The owners were very helpful and supportive. It's the sort of place you could easily revisit.

Molls Cottage is just perfect probably one of the best cottages we have stayed at, the hosts where wonderful and friendly and we will be going back for a further stay without question..

My wife and I have stayed at many self catering cottages in many different parts of the country and we rate them with a one to five star rating.. Last year we thought we had found the best with everything that one might be need. But this year's holiday at Moll's Cottage exceeded our expectations, not only did it have everything, it was spacious and furnished to a high standard by welcoming hosts Gail and David.

'Molls cottage' was a most enjoyable restful break in quiet peaceful surroundings & yet very handy to walk into the lovely Cheshire town of Nantwich.. Gail & David (owners) were most helpful & on hand to help. Will definitely return..

Molls Cottage is superb, the owners are lovely & have thought of everything, it's beautifully presented, immaculate throughout & set in tranquil grounds teaming with wildlife. It's well placed to explore all that Cheshire has to offer, we loved Liverpool, Chester, Nantwich itself is gorgeous, Sandbach, Whitchurch & there are plenty of National Trust properties to enjoy. If you book this cottage, you will be delighted, it's really a wonderful place to stay & we looked forward to returning back at the end of our days out.

Molls Cottage is a superb holiday base, it's beautifully presented, has everything that you could possibly need & is located in a tranquil setting within delightful grounds.. The owners have thought of everything, they are on hand if you need anything but at the same time are considerate to your privacy. The cottage is well located to enjoy all that Cheshire has to offer, the gorgeous town of Nantwich is close by, it's within easy driving distance of Chester, Liverpool & a whole host of National Trust properties to explore. We loved our stay here & will look forward to returning soon

Slightly misleading in write up as NT properties are mostly in the north of the County.. Apart from that very comfortable cottage owners greeted us and were welcoming and very friendly. Great for walks along canals lots to watch and very restful, a fantastic UK cottage holiday.

Moll's Cottage is well equipped and very comfortable.. It is in a lovely location and not far from The Globe, a friendly pub that serves excellent food at reasonable prices. We found it central for touring around generally and visiting National Trust properties. The weather wasn't great but it didn't stop us from having a most enjoyable holiday. Thanks also to the owners, Gail and Dave, for their friendliness and help during our stay. We would certainly recommend Moll's Cottage.

What can I say about Molls Cottage nothing bad there was everything in the cottage you what its was very clean and our hosts Gail and David are very nice people.. This was our first holiday cottage and will be very hard to beat.

Excellent location ,a stones throw from Nantwich.. Super friendly and helpful host. The let had everything we needed and we shall be back.

Lovely cosy comfortable cottage, in a very convenient, yet private, peaceful location, close to Nantwich ,Whitchurch and canals etc.. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and went out of their way, to ensure we had an enjoyable time. We will certainly return again in the future.

Amazing cottage in lovely surroundings, with fantastic and helpful owners. The cottage was ideal for us,large,warm and very well furnished. The kitchen has all you need for cooking your meals if this is what you prefer, there are plenty nearby places to eat out if not. The bedroom is spacious and comes with a dressing room and with a large and comfortable bed, the bathroom offers the chance of either a bath or shower. There is plenty parking space at the cottage and the large gardens are beautiful.

Nothing about this holiday we did not like, the cottage was stunning, the owners lovely and very helpful and the area very friendly, we are going to come back soon..

In reality the cottage has a good mix of good quality older styled pieces with pleanty of contemporary finishes/furniture providing a very comfortable and welcoming home in a lovely setting with charming owners closeby to help settle you in. From the moment we booked this cottage, we have had a positive and helpful experience with the owners; with welcoming emails containing full and easy to read directions and contact numbers etc. Upon arrival Gail (the owner) walked us through the cottage and explained the heating etc; she ensured the we knew if we had ANY problems we should contact her and the one wee problem we had with the WIFI was VERY promptly resolved. She had also left us milk, T-bags and coffee and there is almost everything you could need to just rock up with your clothes, food, and stay the week and not have to leave. The small touches she has for her guests are considerable (washing up liquid and washing powder etc) and she even left us a fabulous lemon cake. The cottage is magnificent!!!! Very clean!!!! Very homey and welcoming!!! Much bigger than it seems in the blurb on the site. The gardens are gorgeous and well maintained and the carparking secure. We were staying there to visit family and attend an 80th birthday party (and for just a wee break away from home) so we didnt go out much, but we knew that there is easy access to the M6 and lots of Cheshire / Nantwich places if we wanted to go. The ONLY thing we didnt like was that although the windows made the cottage very light and airy and gave fabulous views out into her gardens etc, the cottage was a little too close to the owners residence (FOR US) and one didnt feel able to walk about in ones undergarments if we had wanted to lol. A little like a goldfish bowl. BUT, the owners were VERY considerate for of our privacy and NEVER looked through into the cottage. Its only a wee fault and most certainly would not stop us from going back!!!!!!!

We stayed in Molls Cottage for a week in early September. We were greeted with milk, tea/coffee, cake and fresh flowers. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want and it is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen, with a fridge/freezer and a washer/tumble dryer. It has all the equipment you need and there is even foil and cling film in the drawer. The bed is very comfy and there is plenty of room for clothes etc as it has a dressing room attached. The owner, Gail, is very helpful and friendly and lives in the house next door, so is on hand should there be any problems. The cottage is well situated to visit local attractions such as Little Moreton Hall, Biddulph Grange, The Dorothy Clive Garden, Tatton Park and Arley Hall & Garden. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday rental cottage.

This was one of those occasions where an excellent rating was the LEAST we could have given! The owners have provided a superb cottage giving more than superior accommodation for any discerning couple. We will be back again for certain!
