We were there for 2 weeks with 5 adults and 3 dogs. There was more than enough space for everyone. The whole area is fenced off so that the dogs could run around freely. 5 minutes walk to the sea with rocky and dog beaches. Small shops are within walking distance. M. was always quick to help with questions or concerns. The pool pump was broken and the toilet flush was dripping. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings. Millipedes and small scorpions liked to hang around in the houses.

On the whole we were satisfied. Was nice and had flair. It was clean. And our wishes were met. The little scorpions didn't bother us. It's perfect for dogs. Too bad that there was little green meadow due to the drought. The coffee machine needs to be replaced. It doesn't run, it dribbles. Otherwise, the house and the bungalows were perfect for two families and older children who would like to have time for themselves. WiFi could be stronger.

Beautiful facility with a spacious garden. Very helpful and friendly landlady who was available at all times.

An unforgettably beautiful week in a really great vacation home. We loved the location, condition and general idyll of this property. Two thumbs up and we will definitely be back!

Great house on a mature plot with a lot of privacy, about 200 m from the pebble beach and a very nice landlady. If the scorpions that live in the old stone walls don't bother you, you can spend a dream holiday here. Due to the division into several houses, you can sometimes avoid each other. For us a fantastic vacation in Croatia.

Photos on the homepage do not correspond to reality: 1. Untended garden (large areas with red soil and hard roots.). 2. The use of the existing irrigation was not desired by the owner. 3. Poor hygiene: recommend ment to use the pool without a shower because, contrary to reality, there is no outside shower. 4. Excessive added chlorine in the pool caused irritation to eyes, nose, skin. 5.No pH measurement.6.Near disco noise.7.Scorpion in the house. 8.Jellyfish in the sea.

There is only one small air conditioning in the house that cannot cool even the living room. Historical house, some things cannot be touched. There is no air conditioning in the houses next door, it is warm and dark.

XXX is a very nice landlady and can be reached at any time. The location of the property and the large garden are beautiful and very quiet. Due to the continuous fence, we spent relaxing days with our dog. We recommend!

The holiday accommodation was ideal for a large family or friends. Our dog could move freely in the beautiful garden and the pool was very clean and at a pleasant temperature. The main house was well equipped and the terraces wonderful. Traveler privacy was high as there were still 3 bungalows on the site. These were simply furnished, a light wall color would have been nicer. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the holiday.

Great accommodation for a family with children, quiet, large garden. A big bonus is the swimming pool and covered terrace by the main house, bathroom and toilet for each bedroom. Sufficient kitchen equipment. Outdoor grill. Location in a quiet part of the destination. The disadvantage is unreasonable prices in the local store and no choice, it is worth going to Umag XXX XXX for shopping. Better beaches are approx. 1 km from the accommodation, the sea is reasonable, but the quality cannot be compared with, for example, the southern coast of Makarska Ostrovy, etc.

Rating is for the main house, mattresses in two bungalows were not good, one could not be locked. The location near the sea is great, the fence around is tight, great for dogs. Nice terrace with two large tables, so covered that you can sit outside even in heavy rain. Pool was cleaned immediately in the morning after a stormy night.

In this cozy, dog-friendly and scenically very beautiful and varied coastal region, we found Villa Moira to be a real stroke of luck. In the spacious and well-kept property with a great pool, we felt comfortable every minute. The somewhat antiquated equipment in the garden shed is more than made up for by the great location and the high level of privacy. Especially in the high season, this is an oasis of calm that you rarely find anymore. Top!!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation! Perfect for our 4 generation vacation. The houses, the large garden, the pool and very close to the sea - you couldn't ask for more. We would come back in a heartbeat!
