We spent a hot week in July in a well-air-conditioned apartment in Kaštela. The apartment was exactly as described and photos. Very clean apartment. The apartment is located in an area that is still under construction, so the neighborhood still looks bleak. 1km to the airport-Split bus stop, the same distance to a larger grocery store, a smaller store is closer.
