Residence Miralago (Utoring) Apt. A8 Apartment 10 Locarno, Ticino

Clean apartment. Bathroom and kitchen are rather old, but everything works. View and pool are wonderful!

Almost top points, great support from Mr. W.! He takes excellent care of the guests. The apartment is git equipped, a bit worn. Unfortunately, cold in the evenings/nights despite the low temperatures (floor heating is only switched on by decision of the management). Unique location / view of the Lago. Pool excellent, also water temperature. Area super clean and well maintained. Have stayed at the Miralago several times over the years. Special thanks again to Mr. w!

The complex contains many different apartments. The architect has come up with a lot. The administrator Mr. Wandkowski is very friendly and everything is very well maintained. The underfloor heating is awesome, so that you can feel comfortable even in the colder seasons. All in all highly recommended.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, spacious, very well appointed with a magnificent terrace. A magnificent view of Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Very well located for visiting Ticino and the village, with a grocery store and two restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. On the back of the complex, door giving access to a small path among the chestnut trees (practical for dogs). The pool was used very little due to bad weather.

Great location. I like the new pool very much. It even has a hot water shower. Very friendly caretaker. Always helpful.

As always, a very nicely located apartment. Ideal for us. There is an urgent need for renovation of the sanitary facilities in the bathroom and kitchen of the apartment. The friendliness and helpfulness of the caretaker is very commendable.

We were very happy with our stay in Piazzogna. The customer service, especially the contact with Mr. W. was impeccable. Mr. Wandkowsky is very professional, friendly and has always supported us very well in all matters. A top service provider!

We have never been to the Swiss side of Lake Maggiore before. It was a pleasant surprise beautiful setting and accommodation. We enjoyed the beautiful decor of the area and especially the pool. We will definitely come back.

Everything to our best satisfaction. Very tastefully furnished and complete inventory, also in the outdoor area. The caretaker, xxx, always shows a high level of willingness to help, to provide information and all with great enthusiasm and friendliness. Exemplary, real customer friendliness!

Amazing views across the pool and lake to the mountains on the horizon. The sunsets were unreal, especially when you look at them in a horizontal position from the couch, located on the loggia.

Very nice apartment, with alcove therefore 2 beds apart from the main room & kitchen, screen available and very useful for this alcove. Magnificent view of the swimming pool and the lake + Locarno-Ascona. Very quiet environment, day and night. Well equipped kitchen. Small flat on the washing machine (programming without rinsing-spinning included) and the shower curtain which was moldy. Otherwise, delivery service of fresh bread every morning top to taste Ticino specialties. Very good welcome and follow-up of our requests by the Utoring reception manager, Mr. XXX. We had a great vacation for 2 weeks. Beautiful swimming pool, clean water, all stainless steel pool, deck chairs in good condition and clean. Everything was immaculate. Parking space assigned to the apartment.

We are regulars at the Utoring Miralago, having ended up back there after a break of several years. The pool area has been completely renewed, the entire holiday area is very well maintained! Certainly also a merit of the administrator, Mr. XXX - thank you very much!

Was a very nice week. (Apartment #8) We had parking space #8 under a tree. This one was full of tree lice. Unfortunately, we had to find out at home that our vehicle had covered the paintwork with the tree sap. Cleaning by hand and car wash did not remove the tree stains. We had to go to a professional paint cleaner. This is very annoying. Costs amount to 150 CHF Sure, I didn't think of it. But I didn't expect it to be that extreme. We were there last year too. Had no problems. The administrator has also noticed that the trees have lice. Cutting process has been initiated, unfortunately too late for us. Nevertheless, facility is very nice, will definitely go there again. Greetings Rolf Eggenberger

A shower instead of the bathtub and its curtain would be more pleasant.

We would like to give the holiday accommodation as a whole 5 stars. Investment manager Mr. XXX does his job very well.
