Very hospitable owner. The equipment of the apartment is very good. Everything as described, except for the number of stairs. You have to climb over 60 steps to the beach (not 30 as in the description), which is absolutely not a problem. A very nice place. Only caveat - terribly loud family / neighborhood party. Karaoke, noisy music, which made it impossible for us to spend the evening comfortably. Fortunately, only one. Overall I recommend it.
