Boiler breakdown quickly resolved. Wifi did not work since arrival on Saturday and no solution was given until Friday. Garage door keys not resolved. Bathroom curtain replacement not resolved.

Rental very pleasant and consistent with the description. It is well located and functional. Air conditioning would be a plus but we know when booking that the accommodation is not equipped with it. The large parking space is a plus even if access can be tricky with very long vehicles. I recommend this apartment and could come back to it on a future stay in Javea
