The entire apartment needs a thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom. The apartment smells unpleasant, NO WIFI, you would expect it for the price, poor value for money, patio furniture extremely dirty. WHY???? If you expect tenants who will pay a lot of money for this apartment, this is part of the cleaning. A suggestion for improvement, for example a small grille door to protect the patio door for children and dogs, was laughed at by the landlord's office.
