Unfortunately a lot of shortcomings. Grill was missing. Garage didn't open. Entrance gate was difficult to open. Pool stones were distributed in the pool. Pool lost water in a short time that was only filled up 3 days before departure. Musty smell in the house due to the old furniture. Old spring mattresses. Kitchen cabinets outdated. Drawer didn't close, one door was crooked. Charcoal and butts in tall grass. Pool area from 4pm to 11pm very loud etc. etc. left 1 day earlier. disappointed for the money

Lots of problem for a weeklong vacation rental, sewage up after washing, showering .. which overflows the sewage, and sewage smells that are unbearable. The kitchen sink which clogged up after 3 days, the swimming pool filter which goes off from 11 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., being stuck to the house, it is then difficult to fall asleep. In the end, for a rental of 1600 euros per week, a lot of inconvenience.

Villa with lack of maintenance and renovation. Problems in the gate of the pedestrian gate. Problems in the gate of the garage. Pool maintenance problems. Air conditioning problems. Problems in the sink and shower. Dishwasher problems. Poor garden maintenance. Completely obsolete kitchen burners. Interhome of the area responded quite satisfactorily trying to solve it in the best way.

Quietly located house, about 1 km from the center and 1.4 km from the beautiful beach. Supermarket around 600 meters, large (sports) playground for the children around 300 meters. House well equipped, small defects were fixed immediately.

The house is a bit older, you can see it well. Completely sufficient for our needs, but it could do with a bit of renovation. Very quiet, this was great!
