Everything was great, very well equipped and perfect for relaxation!

The cleanliness was absolutely terrible, with pet hair everywhere, yellowed pillows, and cobwebs everywhere. We took photos, called HRH and asked why it was so dirty. The answer was that they don't get paid for cleaning, and we didn't need to rent it. I won't recommend this vacation home to anyone. It's completely waterproof and sold. I could write more, so it would have to be removed from the listing or a thorough cleaning done.

This is our second time staying at Ferienhaus Martina and we were very pleased. It's wonderfully quiet in a wooded area, and the lake is perfect for lovely walks or water sports. Arolsen and other towns are very close, and our favorite restaurant, the "Saustall* (PLEASE DO NOT be confused by the name), with its absolutely delicious selection, is also nearby. We'll definitely be back a third or fourth time.

A great holiday home where you immediately feel at home and at home.

In the bathroom, the drain in the shower area was full of hair that I had to remove first so that the water could drain away! A daily sewer and sewage smell was very unpleasant! The wardrobe in the lower area was dusty and hairy! Beds OK, kitchenette OK, linen package OK. Everything was quite old (furniture and kitchen utensils) but OK, it was sufficient! In general, I felt that it was lacking in cleanliness! (bathroom, cupboards,)

We have now stayed at Haus Martina for the third time and, as always, we were very satisfied. There is now a new kitchen area and the terrace has been renovated. You can sit outside on it even when it rains. We prefer the log cabins, even though they are darker and smaller.
