The on-site service needs improvement. Pool cleaning did not take place regularly and only on request.

We have found 3 incidents gaves the same day of arrival and Interhome l'Ampolla has not solved them with the necessary speed so that we could have a stay with the services that we had paid. The bathroom in the first room was muffled, the water from the toilet communicated with the shower. It took 3 days to fix it. Dirty pool not suitable for swimming, they changed the water the afternoon before our departure. Plague of flying cockroaches of more than 3cm, we kill between 4 and 5 every night.

House located 10 minutes from the village. Problem of water flow and odors in bathrooms. Lovely sea view and quiet garden when the neighborhood dogs stop barking. Lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

We stayed with two couples in Villa Mariona. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and the smell that emanated from the house. We would have liked to be accompanied to the residence to have an explanation of the facilities and their use. The first 48 hours were quite difficult: we called the agency many times: swimming pool overflowing into the street, power cut, air conditioning working, water leaking from the air conditioner,...
