good stay despite average apartment cleanliness, no heating in the room, out of order toaster and faulty kitchen switch... too bad for the quality of the apartment and its high price!-

Very nice house ideally located in the heart of the resort. On the other hand, the apartment would require some corrections: shutters or curtains in the living room, an adjustment of the door and the shower head, a better cleaning. But we adapt, the charm of the house and the resort operating, with a large attendance the second week of the Christmas holidays.

Too bad to find in a beautiful villa in Cabourg, an apartment with non-existent cleaning, curtains that are difficult to open, the stained mattress in a gloomy and dusty room. Management of supplies, keys, sheets and pillowcases mismatched and not up to date. size of the dirty pillows too, duvet with various stains, blood etc.. Coffee maker scaled up, sockets poorly fixed to the wall, no cleaning product, no kettle. Oblige to look for and return the keys to the agency!

Magnificent residence but the interior leaves something to be desired, non-existent cleanliness, radiator in the bedroom does not work as well as the shutter, no curtains, same for the living room. Television disconnects as soon as you walk past... Too bad

Very good location, but apartment that deserves to be better maintained. chairs, dirty sofa, ventilation clogged with dust, kitchen utensils not suitable for hotplates, no curtains or blinds in the living room, so impossible to sleep on the sofa , noisy residence. delivery of the keys very late in the apm.bref, we will not return.

Exceptional location as well as the building itself...but: - the bedroom is 8m² and cannot accommodate a cot (umbrella). - the stay penalized by the absence of darkness. - bad smelling and dirty and very stained laundry I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

Despite a logistical disappointment (app poorly indicated), our stay was very pleasant in this apartment. The villa is beautiful and very well located. Only drawback: when the wind blows very hard, the living room windows make a crazy noise.
