Hello To begin let's talk about the situation, which for me is excellent. The fustera district is superb and close to the calas. The house is therefore ideally placed, and overall correct although old-fashioned but clean. The swimming pool ditto and very sunny. The negative point is the garden, the lower one is abandoned and the upper one no longer corresponds to the photos offered. The pine is shaved and the same for a palm tree so less shade. The front house is abandoned so not beautiful

The trees have been cut down and there is a lot of vis-à-vis with the neighbor In addition, the slope that goes down to the garage is very steep and did not allow the car to be brought in No mosquito nets on the windows and there are no utensils in the kitchen that we had to buy. I do not recommend this house!

The garden furniture is made of the cheapest PVC and worn, there are no cushions on the sunbeds, there are many loose stones in the pool, the sleeping beds are completely worn, the kitchen is deplorable, dishwasher full of rust and only works half, on arrival the outside lighting started to work. smolder, we then turned off the electricity, this was made after reporting, garage door could no longer be allowed, in fact this house can no longer be rented out!

Correct house condition. The 2 bedrooms are air conditioned. The bathroom is spacious. The main toilet is ridiculously small, luckily there is one in the bathroom. Fully fenced lot with a large garage for the car which is very practical. The swimming pool is large and very sunny. The geographical and perfect location, quiet area and close to Calpé. All in all a good pleasant stay except for the presence of mosquitoes in the evening at the end of the day.

A pity that the house is so neglected, it needs cleaning, paint and some reform. When we arrived we had to sweep because it was full of giant fluff, cobwebs on the lamps, dust on the furniture, dirty chairs and loungers. Without mosquito nets, what they save by putting them on they spend on air conditioning light because at night instead of opening the windows you put it to be well and that mosquitoes and bugs do not enter. What a pity that they do not update it. and wonderful location

Great location, good pool and quiet area. The house needs renovation and upgrade, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture inside and out could be new, the sofa and chairs uncomfortable. The wifi worked well.
