Located just off a country lane that leads from Pollensa town out to the picturesque Son March Valley, Villa Maria Martin is close enough to the Old Town to walk to the many restaurants, shops and sights on offer. It's a short 20 minute drive by car to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente but for those who prefer not to drive on holiday there are regular public buses to both resorts as well as neighbouring Alcudia. The house itself is traditionally furnished with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and air-conditioned bedrooms to enable comfortable evenings of rest. The swimming pool is set to the rear and surrounded by sun terraces and lawn and there is also a great barbecue house for preparing alfresco meals.
