I give it a rating of "good" because I lacked the accuracy of the description to "super". Namely - you can stretch the assessment that it is an apartment on the slope, as for me, it is a basement. And the access to the property is such a real road nightmare. That is why I recommend it to those who want adrenaline! Or to writers, because the mood for writing there is ideal. Arrive and leave after months!
