Mantelmöwe Apartment 4

We were in Norddeich for a week in July and stayed in the Mantelmöwe holiday apartment. We were very satisfied. The apartment was clean, tidy and centrally located. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The key handover worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend it.

Everything was clean. The weather was very modest

The holiday was good, the weather was not a pity

Key handover between 4 and 6 p.m. on the day of arrival after a 6-hour drive, if necessary, is not possible, especially since I had been promised by phone the day before 4 p.m. at the latest. The apartment and the location as such is good, but the carpets are no longer up-to-date and in need of renovation.

The apartment was very good. Nothing was missing. The location of the apartment is very central, everything is easy to reach. There are various restaurants nearby, grocery store, gas station. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the harbour.

Very centrally located apartment...would love to come back

Unfortunately nothing has been done about this property for at least a year. Why we had to pay for a basic cleaning is not really clear to us. We received a touch of the 80s, which doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. The last innovation in this quarter was the television from 1992. Apart from that, the apartment was not only disgustingly dirty in parts, but simply worn out for 40 years. Photo series will be handed over gladly. ... via HomeToGo

Carpet didn't look that good. Lots of stains on the floor. Apparently the joint filler had run out in the bathroom. Took photos of it. I can send them to you. Otherwise we were satisfied with the accommodation. We recovered well in Norddeich. Mfg. RB

Both doors must always be locked with the key. Instead of a knob, there is a handle on the front door! This is unthinkable nowadays because in the event of a fire you first have to rummage around for the key. The escape route is therefore not guaranteed to run smoothly.

The apartment is bright and friendly, the small roof terrace was big enough for two people. The living space is generous. Except for a few small things, the furniture and the kitchen equipment were in order. The private parking lot in front of the house is great and the shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. It was also only a few minutes' walk to the dike. All in all we felt very comfortable there.
