Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room 17 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Access to the floor with a tiered staircase.

Clean apartment with a staircase to the upper floor that takes some getting used to and an uncomfortable sofa. Bed in bedroom squeaks which was very annoying

The awning is rusty. The pots and pans are badly scratched, there are hardly any cheaper goods. Slatted frames are not adjustable

Very nice modern apartment. The location to the beach and town was good. Unfortunately, the apartment borders on the family hotel. Because of the children playing, it was not possible to relax on the balcony with the windows open. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned.

The apartment itself is nice, the location is good because you can reach everything on foot. Having stayed here before, I also knew about the family hotel, but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was the partial lack of equipment in the kitchen. None, beer glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, large glasses, spatula is still missing, blunt knife, missing cosmetics bin in the bathroom. No salad bowls and cutlery. Otherwise we had a nice holiday

We were there in relatively bad weather, but were still able to enjoy the time. The apartment is very cute, small but nice. A few things would have been important to me, a hair dryer and a trash can in the bathroom, a few more kitchen utensils and large glasses would have been great. Otherwise it was a nice vacation. The highlight for the kids was their own floor upstairs.

very cozy accommodation. More than enough for a week. Very clean and a great location. Unfortunately, the equipment in the kitchen left something to be desired: a spatula, a little more cutlery and crockery would have been great. We also missed a trash can in the bathroom. Lighting in the living room unfortunately very uncomfortable for the evenings on site. What was the worst, however, were the beds: squeaking and creaking with every movement and pain from the sagging mattresses...

The apartment was as described, the equipment was sufficient for 2 people, the location was good...the bakery and the dyke were within easy walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes, the location of the apartment was less suitable for us because we like to enjoy the peace and quiet on vacation and the apartment is directly opposite the Familotel. So next time we will choose a different apartment.

Great accommodation for 4. The only thing to note is the stairs to the two upper beds are very steep... The only drawback was the creaking of the beds. But the location alone, everything within walking distance, is unbeatable.

As a family of four, we had a very pleasant stay in the Malia apartment. Nothing was missing. The apartment has everything you need. It has been renovated and furnished in a modern style. Very clean. What was a bit disturbing was that the double bed creaked. Everything is within walking distance. There are four parties in the house, of which we didn't notice anything. The parking lot is right in front of the house. Opposite is the playground of the family hotel.

Apartment is comfortable, the stairs to the "children's room" are more like a ladder, caution is advised here. The location is perfect, you can reach everything quickly and you don't need a vehicle. We felt good. A lot of water penetrates the terrace door/roller blind when it rains, the damage would have to be repaired here. Coffee pad machine as equipment super

We had a great week in Norddeich, we really liked the apartment, the decor is modern and very attractive, everything you need is there. The location is very central, so everything can be reached on foot or by bike. We would love to come back again!!

Very nice apartment, with modern furnishings. The location is very good, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the dike, bakery, Ocean Wave...! Directly opposite the family hotel XXX. Absolutely quiet location in the off-season. The apartment is very well equipped with a dishwasher and an additional XXX coffee pad machine :)

Unfortunately, the beds squeaked extremely and they couldn't help us on site, so after a lot of back and forth we fixed the problem ourselves. As stated in the information, the stairs are very steep. Unfortunately not recommended with small children/babies. Very clean, well furnished apartment. Great location!
