The apartment was so big that we had enough space with our 3 big boys (2 of them adults). My wife was impressed by the cleanliness. We were very happy that there were sun loungers and a parasol. The proximity to the gondola and the lake was great.

Great hosts and well connected accommodation for skiing. Somewhat outdated kitchen appliances but functional, mattresses a bit too hard for my taste. Accommodation but absolutely recommendable.

A very nice apartment with lots of space. Great if you travel a lot! Unfortunately no oven, but otherwise very well equipped. Two bedrooms have "only" light shafts, no windows...for whom that is important. It wasn't important to us. Very nice landlord! The beds are extremely firm... I personally had a problem with that, my children thought it was great!

The apartment is spacious for a family with two children! Nice that there is a double sink and a toilet in the bathroom. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is complete! The location is super nice, nice and quiet and within 2 minutes you are at the gondola to Fender! We did miss an oven. And the floor was very cold barefoot.

Neat and neat holiday home, neatly clean and friendly manager. The Badesee and the lift can be reached within 5 minutes on foot via a footpath next to the house. Had a nice stay with 3 children. Lots to do and Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis close by. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is perfectly located on a quiet road, a few minutes' walk from the village and a few minutes' walk from the beautiful swimming lake. In front of the house is a beautiful piece of garden, with a view of the mountains beyond. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is simple but well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and there are piles of towels ready. The bedrooms are not next to each other, so the children could mess around in their room early in the morning without bothering us. The two rear bedrooms are (partly) underground and are therefore nice and cool. The homeowner is a very jovial man who received us very kindly and was always ready with tips and advice regarding the area. Better than the tourist office! In short, this address is highly recommended!

The house has a great starting point, beautiful garden. The equipment is very good, it has a toaster, coffee machine and kettle, enough dishes and large pots, it's a shame that there is no oven in the kitchen, but the dishwasher is more important, it's great. Bring slippers as the stone floor is cold.

Ideal holiday home. Everything available and perfect location. mr. XXX is very friendly and wants to help you where necessary. Points for improvement: with a thicker mattress and blackout curtains you would sleep even better.

The cottage is located in a nice area with lots to do within walking distance (swimming, river, mountain railway). The decor is a bit retro and the mattresses too hard unfortunately.

Wi-Fi only low strength. Small kitchenette...little crockery for 6 people...rather for external eaters.. 2 bedrooms no or only basement windows.. 1 large bedroom with terrace access. Proximity to the top ski area... landlord very nice. 2 parking spaces...great.

For our needs (children 9 and 6 years) optimal. Less than 5 minutes walk to the cable car. Nice little family ski area / Kaunertal Fendels. Shops such as a supermarket and bakery are also within walking distance in town. The car was not moved during our stay!
