Lynbrook is a 2 bedroom bungalow which sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one double, 1 twin and additional sleeping in lounge for 2 people on double sofa-bed if required. 
Newly refurbished kitchen (2021) with cooker/hob/fridge freezer/washing machine/microwave and crockery/cutlery etc.
Bathroom has newly fitted (2024) Electric shower  as well as bath
Lounges has sofa, sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, as well as a TV.  Wi-fi available.
Un-overlooked back garden with small patio area. Garden table and chairs and sun loungers also available. 
Parking on driveway at front of house available.

Dogs welcome (£25 per dog)     
This property is sometimes available for short stays depending on time of the year and availability. Fees are normally 60% of weekly fee for a 3 night stay and 70% of hire fee for a 4 night stay.
There is a 5% discount for two weeks or more.
To secure a booking 50% of hire fee must be paid and balance is due 45 days before arrival.
There is also a £250 damage deposit which must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival and is returned within 7 days subject to no damage.
Cancellation policy is included in Terms and conditions/hirer agreement form.
