We went to a birthday party, which thus fell on November and clearly outside the psychic season. The weather was great overall and a little over 20 degrees for us, one day there was brisk thunder and rain, but it was good to see that too. The apartment is located a few kilometers from Denia's beach street and there were only a few restaurants within walking distance, and most of them were closed at least most of the time, even though they were "open" according to the internet

We were coming to the apartment for the 2nd time Some beneficial changes have been made such as the bedding and the large fridge Residence still as pleasant but a little restrictive for teenagers without possible playing ball anywhere When an interhome asks me to change the leaking shower hose myself and that it will only intervene if I can't manage it Lamentable I'm not a plumber and I don't have a tool I'm not sure I'll come back to interhome anymore

Stayed at this apartment the location is great very close to the beach apart from some small issues that arose it was enjoyable. Unfortunately they were refurbishing the flats next door which resulted in loud machinery noise most of the day. My other issue was that the patio doors did not lock so you had to rely on the shutters for security and the fact it is on the second floor. We would stay again next year if available on our dates.

Apartment very well. Everything necessary was present. Very good beds. Everything was very clean and just on arrival. Very large sunny terrace, with even sunbeds and seats. Close to Consum department store. Several eateries nearby. Enjoyed here.

The apartment is fine, but it needs to renew appliances, furniture and a coat of paint, the bathrooms needed a better cleaning, the bathtub sink was full of hair, you know how long, the damaged clothesline, the juicer does not even give turns or squeeze, the air conditioners cool very little, the terrace blind was caught and you could not move it, the best thing was the spaciousness of the terrace, and the community pool is quite good, and the nearby beach

Apartment with large terrace in a well-maintained, somewhat older complex with beautiful garden and swimming pools. 3 minutes walk from the beach. 5 km from the center of Denia. Car is important. Good beds.

A very beautiful residence but what a disappointment with the arrival of two days maintenance of the swimming pool Basic apartment but well located but the cleaning done by interhome a real disaster I have been renting for more than five years with them I have never seen such a place sale The apartment is ideally located and near the beach It still lacks a little refreshment, the exterior furniture is dilapidated or degraded And a fridge a little larger for a family of 4 people

Pleasant accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony. Great location with a nice swimming pool and a well maintained park. Underground garage appreciated. Access to the sea on foot 5 minutes. The only downside is the internet access with the wifi inaccessible from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (reading emails is complicated)

On the other hand, for the 1st time that we have reserved apartments through your agency, about ten times, we were not given a dish and tea towel kit because there is no stock !!!! We were therefore forced to purchase this necessary. It is not the cost that I dispute but the principle. Also very bad smell in bathroom

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Some basic equipment such as napkins, tablecloths or any cleaning item is missed, on the other hand, the terrace furniture (sun loungers, seats and table) is appreciated, which make the stay there very pleasant. Also very good to have an Internet connection. Highly recommended.
