July 2021
I spent two idyllic weeks at Lunnon Barn in July 2021. Immaculately clean and equipped and furnished with everything you could possibly need. It is more beautiful even than in the photos. Ten acres of fields and woods in which to roam, picnic, barbecue or sit around a cozy fire pit in the evenings. Also a fenced private patio area for dining al fresco or just enjoying the peace and calm of the countryside. Birdsong is the only sound I heard. Sally was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our 10yo for a week at the end of August 2020, and really cannot recommend it highly enough. Lunnon barn is a really lovely place, set in a very peaceful hamlet deep in the Worcestershire countryside, but still within an easy drive of several towns and not too far from Birmingham. Our son loved running around in the fields, flying his kite, playing in the woods and above all getting to toast marshmallows in the evening over the firepit. The barn itself has been beautifully decorated, is equipped with very comfortable beds and sofas, loads of hot water for showers/baths, strong wifi and the basket of local produce provided when we arrived was great. Sally who owns the barn is extremely friendly and approachable, and made us feel very welcome, with lots of lovely touches like the fresh flowers replaced during the week, home grown tomatoes, and particularly the painted stones as mementos. All in all, we had a great stay at Lunnon Barn, and would strongly recommend it.

Lunnon Barn is set in lovely countryside and away from almost everything. Sally and Richard are the most charming people, very friendly and helpful. The Barn is so luxurious and with really lovely touches from Sally and Richard, the tomatoes were so tasty, as well as other nice treats, thank you! The decor is so up there. We spent a nice evening up at the fire pit with wine, dips and more wine!!! It was what you imagine to be that you are the only people on Earth, apart from the odd fox call and dog barking!!! Lots of nice walks and we visited John Bonham's grave at Rushock church, quite near the anniversary of his death. Lots of lovely places to eat out and we did a lot of them! If we are ever going back to this area again, we will definitely stay at the Barns, but will try for Monarchs Barn for a change!
