Location, cleanliness and perfect treatment. The collection of keys cost us a plus for not going to Benidorm to collect them, when they should be in the apartment or nearby in a safe and facilitate access, it was the only disconcerting thing since it was not warned in any document that we had to spread out until we made the reservation. The sheets on the sofa beds did not fit, they were small and that was uncomfortable. There are many stairs, inadvisable with children and older people.
