You are basically renting a floor of an apartment building. The 3 rooms (each with a bathroom) and the kitchen lead off the shared hallway. The apartment was clean and decorated in an Austrian style, with lots of wood. The owners are lovely people. The apartment is conveniently located between 2 ski areas, Saalbach and Schmittenhöhe/Kaprun (glacier with guaranteed snow). There is a ski bus down below, but you have to walk a bit up the mountain to the house. We were completely satisfied for the price.

Good location, close to the ski lifts in Saalbach and Zell am See. When it is snowing, snow chains are a good idea.

It was a perfect place for a peaceful holiday.We had all we need and the sauna was a blessing after a day of skiing.The location was perfect to enjoy a different ski area every day.It was very warm and cozy and the owners very kind.Thank you very much beautiful people!

Nice, clean rooms, cozy kitchen, every bedroom has on suit, plus one more toilet in the corridor, huge balcony, free sauna is definitely a bonus! The house is on the hill, but we didn’t have any problems driving 9 seater up there. Owners are really nice although don’t speak English, so had to call their granddaughter to communicate. All in all perfect.

Alles war ausgezeichnet!! Sehr freundliche Familie, warme Sauna, ruhige Zimmern. Nur die Matratzen waren ein bisschen zu weich, aber sonst können wir es nur weiterempfehlen!! Hoffentlich, kommen wir wieder!
