Beautiful property with pool, nice and helpful owners, we liked it very much, we would love to come back to Matulji with shops and restaurants within walking distance, Opatija is very well maintained and invites you to take long walks,

Very nice little apartment. Very nice hosts. For big (our boys 9 years) great offer with table tennis, darts and of course the great pool, for small children (small is almost 2) less suitable. Unfortunately no toys or similar available. Not even plastic dishes or a high chair. Hosts were very helpful. Watch the volume. But it was a very nice stay. WLAN available, but only works to a very limited extent

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, small but beautiful! In the kitchen you will find nice crockery and the essentials for cooking. Otherwise, the super nice landlady is also happy to help out if something is missing! It's very clean. The location is also quite good. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby. You have to drive to the beach, but it's only a few km. We'd love to come back! :-)

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with friendly, English speaking hosts really helped. Super shared pool that we often had to ourselves. Large and safe parking at bottom of steps. Lovely and quiet at night.
