The furniture was defective (broken chair leg, holes in the upholstery), the apartment was overloaded with small items (shelves, footstools, etc.). The bookshelves in the bedroom restricted access. In addition, the books smelled damp/musty. We had to move the books to an adjoining room. The room also smelled musty.
