The Owl Box offers overspill accommodation in a separate converted Drovers Hut, complete with living area, bunk beds and shower room. Ideal for studying teenagers wanting a bit of independence!

• Pets:  1 well-behaved pet allowed

• Smoking:  No smoking at this property

• Rooms:  2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite), family bathroom, hall, open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The Owl Box has an open plan living/sleeping area and separate shower room. 

• Luxuries:  Covered games barn including communal dining area for 10, covered circular plunge pool (May - September), hot tub hire by prior arrangement with Norfolk and Suffolk Hot Tubs or Suffolk Hot Tubs. A charge of £25 for a weekend booking for £35 for a week for heating the tub is payable to the owners during your stay.  The owners should be notified of any hire so they can facilitate access and set up, lockable storage boxes

• Beds:  1 king-size double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk. 

• General:  Woodburner (logs provided), underfloor heating, HD TV, WiFi (patchy reception so do not rely on for work, games or downloading

• Utilities:  Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. (2 washing machines, tumble dryer in laundry room)

• Standard:  Kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer

• Other:  Bed linen and towels provided (not beach or dog towels), highchair, travel cot (no bedding)

• Outside:  BBQ (initial fuel provided) , plunge pool, small lawned area, further seating areas with furniture, open shingle area, bike storage

• Parking:  Off-road parking for 4 cars and additional parking for dinghies, horseboxes etc on request

• PLEASE NOTE:  There are a few barn cats at Oxley so please do not allow in properties or let children stroke them.
