Mornington Cottage was a hidden gem and a relaxing place to stay.. We particularly enjoyed having our own lovely private garden where we could chill out after a long day exploring beautiful Malvern. The cottage is conveniently situated for shops and transport, which meant some days we didn't need to use the car, which was a bonus. The cottage itself is fresh and contemporary with a clean and comfy bed where we slept really well. The owner was very friendly and helpful and has clearly put much effort into ensuring that her guests have an enjoyable stay. The added extras including sparkling wine, coffee and luxurious hand wash in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. We have already booked our return visit for later this year. Thank you Julie and Alex! Francesca and Peter

Julie is a super host and Little Mornington was so comfortable, stylish and welcoming.. We only used our car once as it is on the doorstep of Malvern Link train station and a 30 minute walk into Great Malvern if you are feeling energetic. Lots of lovely walks in the hills close by and every amenity for self catering round the corner. We were sad to leave.

Little Mornington is a delightful 'apartment' with an interesting mix of modern and Victorian architecture.. The owners have sympathetically fitted out the property to harmonise with the building - a modern very well equipped kitchen, and a bedroom reflecting the Victorian history of the house. We loved the bathroom which sits between the new and the old, with a sleek modern shower and a period bathtub! The property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and it is situated close to the lovely Malvern Hills, with shops and station close by. We lived very comfortably there for a month between permanent homes. The owners are friendly and helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Great accommodation; interesting design cleverly mixes old and modern, .... Great accommodation; interesting design cleverly mixes old and modern, beautifully finished, tastefully and comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, even the court yard looked good in the November rain

This is the second time we have stayed here.. Probably one of the best town holiday lets available. Malvern is a great place to spend time and especially good for easily accessible country walking. Spectacularly far reaching views from the hills. Julie is a great host and stayed up to welcome dispite our late arrival due to a long motorway tail back. The station makes this let excellent if you prefer rail travel.

This was a great little cottage for us, suited our purposes.. Welcomed by owner on the day. Left some very nice resources, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and Prosecco! Facilities were all very good and what one would expect in a cottage. Outside was a lovely space too, we were lucky enough to have good weather so outside drinking Prosecco before dinner became a habit.... Getting out of the drive was a challenge as the street was very narrow with parked cars on the other side of the road. However, once we sorted out the angle it worked fine. Best to go in forward and reverse out rather than trying to come out forward. Mirrors on the wall so you can see clearly. You need to be watchful as traffic was two way but it was very quiet whilst we were there. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend the cottage.

This is a very comfortable and well-equipped conversion and we had a very good holiday.. The owner met us and ensured that we were happy with the accommodation. We could not give the highest rating under the 'Accuracy of the Listing' category because the property is described as being "...located in the stunning town of Malvern in Worcestershire. It is situated in a great central location..." whereas it is actually in Malvern Link, a 40 minute walk from the centre of Great Malvern. That said, the location was very convenient, with a wide variety of shops and bus stops serving buses running between Great Malvern and Worcester only a 3-4 minute walk away.

The "Welcome Pack" was most appreciated and unexpected - signs of a superior holiday let.. The accommodation was more than first class and was a pleasure to come home to after a day's outing.

Our holiday cottage was beautifully appointed and looked after.. A very impressive conversion of a heritage building blended with a contemporary extension that meant we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The pretty patio garden was a real bonus. The cottage was in a great location with lots of walking and interesting places to visit nearby. We would totally recommend.

Lovely accommodation.. ....a real home from home. We really have shower envy after using the one at Little Mornington! Had a small problem with the tv and Alex sorted it immediately. There is a really friendly pub close by that has good trad beers but doesn’t do food. Great public transport links - train and bus - if you don’t want to use your car. Couldn’t fault it.

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend at this beautiful cottage in Malvern.. The cottage was immaculate and the host, Julie was extremely lovely, friendly and welcoming. Everything was hassle free from arrival to departure and we felt very comfortable coming and going as we pleased. The town is fantastic and I highly recommend the Indian Heron restaurant - without doubt the best Indian food I’ve eaten (and I’m a big fan of a curry!) Everyone in the town was friendly and directed us to the Worcester beacon which boasted fantastic views of the surrounding are. 5 stars to Julie for a beautiful holiday home - highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation.. Very clean and luxurious and the owners seem to have thought of everything. It is about a mile from the centre of Malvern, up a gentle hill, but it’s a very pleasant walk.

Usually when we have booked places with one bedroom, they are cramped and too small.. This place was very spacious being an extension to the owners property. It had only just been completed and was to a very high standard. Instructions for getting there were perfect and the cottage was furnished to a very high standard. Kitchen had everything we could of wanted, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was finished to a high standard including a good shower. We were very comfortable here and would quite possibly book again. Maybe the weather would be kinder to us then. Shops were a short walk away and the local Indian restaurant- the Indian Heron was marvellous, and served really good Indian food, very different to normal. There was a local pub The Nags Head which served lovely roast dinners on Sunday and had a good range of real ales.

We felt extremely privileged to be the first people to stay in this wonderful holiday cottage.. Located in the grounds of the owners property, the instructions provided to find the place were spot on and we received a very warm welcome. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, fresh coffee, teabags and some biscuits, as well as some fuel for the wood burner. We loved the contrast between new and old, with the bulk of the living accommodation being in the new extension at the back of the property and the bedroom being in the old terrace to the front. The kitchen had every utensil you could need, which was a refreshing change to other cottages we had stayed in before. The bathroom was finished to a very high standard, as was every other aspect. With regards to location, we rated it very highly with many amenities within walking distance; the Malvern Hills, the common, town centre, supermarket and the Nags Head pub (which did a lovely Sunday roast). The weekend that we stayed, a lot of snow fell; the owners were extremely helpful in offering us assistance when having to dig the car out and vacate the property. Overall we loved the place and have already recommended it to family and friends
