Little Hill Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion, one of three stylish properties in a fabulous location… overlooking the beach at Rhossili. This pet friendly property is a great option for a family or couple looking for a rural seaside escape. Interiors are smart and contemporary with exposed stone walls and a lovely terrace for alfresco dining.

Award winning Rhossili beach is perfect.. Described as ‘The supermodel of British beaches’ by The Independent and voted the ‘best picnic spot’, it’s easy to see why. Stroll across the bay at low tide or walk to Worms Head (just watch the tide!). It’s also a popular surfing beach and a great spot for bird watching, so don’t forget the binoculars. There’s a steep walk down to the dog friendly beach but it’s well worth the climb if you’re able.

Lounge: Two sofas (1 sofa bed), Smart TV/DVD player.
Bathroom: Beautifully tiled with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.
First Floor
Bedroom: King sized bed, built-in wardrobes and door leading out onto paved terrace with views over the vast Rhossili Downs.

Entertainment: Smart TV/DVD player
Outside: patio area leading from first floor bedroom with garden furniture and views over Rhossili Downs.
For families: travel cot and highchair
Parking: 1 parking space to the front of the property.
General: changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH & Underfloor heating. Bed linen & towels provided (not for the sofa bed). WiFi is intermittent and is a low speed connection due to it's rural location (not suitable for work or streaming use) . 4 star rating.
Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
