We have been spending our summer vacation in this house since 2014. We are generally very satisfied, but we are staying there with only 2 people. For 6 people it seems a bit too small for us, but it is possible. And for people who demand a lot of luxury, space and comfort, this house is also less suitable. But for those who want peace and simplicity, this house is ideal. On the other hand, a general refurbishment would benefit the house.

Very nice big pool. Not visible. Interior furnishings are getting on in years. The cushions for the sun loungers cannot be used as they are stored outside of the house. For 6 people only 3 loungers. Unkempt garden (too "natural". One of the worst houses for 28 years on the Costa Blanca.

I think the bathrooms can be improved. The upper one is very small and in the lower one the shower comes out. I would change the furniture in the living room. It is not comfortable. Everything else very good and the pool great.

I recommend this villa for families and people seeking peace and quiet. With COVID-19, we have not had the chance to meet Interhome staff or owner. Magnificent swimming pool, without vis-à-vis, neither neighborhood, nor disturbance, with a shower outside, bright at night with barbecue. As for the interior furniture, apart from the lack of dishwasher and the living room which is a bit dilapidated or old-fashioned, the rest is fine. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is ideal for relaxation and very complete in terms of furniture and kitchen elements. The pool and the garden with its gazebos, fantastic. An ideal place to enjoy your holidays, surrounded by pine forests. The views of the sea and the valley, fantastic. Only one but, the bathroom measures in the bedroom upstairs, quite fair. The treatment with the Interhome staff is very pleasant and professional.
