The house in which the apartment is located is in need of renovation. The hallway smells strongly of cigarettes. The apartment itself is fine, but also in need of renovation. The house is also extremely noisy and the neighbors are very loud.

Most essentials for a stay are present. Some things are outdated (lighting, TV). Cooking on a ceramic hob is a thing. Cleaning could be better. Manager was very thoughtful. No room to sit inside all day. But fine for a week of outdoor sports.

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The housekeeper was very helpful. Just a short walk to the centre of Seefeld, station and ski area.

Just renovated, small, but nice apartment. Clean, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Good beds. Sufficient parking space. Little storage space, terrace has poor furniture and not a particularly nice view. All in all very good value for money for Seefeld.

Recommended for couples. Very close to the mountains and ski resorts. The sauna is new.

Good beds, good sanitary facilities. Above the sofa we missed a light to read. Kitchen was fully equipped, however, there were 2 wine glasses with damage. The internet wasn't always that strong. Best reception in the kitchen
