Les Villas de l'Etang

We were a couple and spent two and a half wonderful weeks in the villa from September 20 to October 7, 2025. The villa is very quiet and well secured. The heated pool, sheltered from prying eyes, is particularly recommended. The house is very large, spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary. Good Wi-Fi connection. The key handover went smoothly, V. was very kind, gave us advice and was always available. THANK YOU

Very beautiful single-story villa with everything you need. We were 8 people, including 2 teenagers. The pool is a luxury that we all appreciated. The activities to do in the surrounding area were a delight for teenagers and adults alike. I highly recommend this villa.

The villa was exactly what we wanted for our family holiday of six adults. Great air conditioning with automatic shutters made the villa very comfortable during the day and night time. The pool with electronic cover and outdoor eating area were a key feature for us as a family. Canet shops, restaurants and church were close by and it was also a comfortable walk to the beach. Parking on the forecourt or in the garage was large and very secure.

The house lived up to expectations and the pictures on the internet. It was clean. The landlords were very friendly and always responded promptly to any concerns or questions. We have one suggestion for improvement: in the bathroom with the shower tray, a bracket on the wall to attach the shower head would be an advantage. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay in this magnificent villa. Very well located in a very quiet subdivision, it has everything to please (exterior, swimming pool, large living room, well-served bedrooms ...) Handing over of keys and impeccable departure Exchange with V. for the handing over of the keys by SMS, she was very attentive and responsive. The only thing missing was the pool light which did not work but nothing serious, we were still able to enjoy it in the evening. I recommend!

no pool for 2 days due to lack of maintenance! Indecent, at the price of the rental and the loss of use of the swimming pool, to claim 20 Euros for compensation for a damaged serving tray! cheap garden table and chairs (plastic) not in line with the rest of the villa - Old-fashioned oilcloth! no umbrella to position around the pool refrigerator too small not enough hangers in the cupboards

The swimming pool was perfect. Large, heated, well secured and shielded from the eyes of strangers or neighbors. The house is very big, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The key handover worked very well, the lady was very nice, gave us tips and could always be reached if it had to be. The vacation was perfect!

Impeccable welcome, cleanliness and perfect condition of the premises. The equipment makes this rental very recommendable, in a very quiet area.

The house was a dream, super quiet location and not far from the sea. Very nice and competent key holder. Nothing was missing. Great plancha on the terrace. Most beautiful beach in Canet. Super nice village Collioure. The Safari Park in Sigean is worth a visit. Perpignan is worth it. Get a first overview with the small district.

House was offered to us as a short-term alternative because the property originally booked was not available due to Corona. Very spacious house, with good interior design and a nice pool. Piccobello clean. The garden furniture was in need of improvement: Very simple plastic chairs, 2 of which broke down on the first evening under people of normal weight. 2 hard plastic sun loungers without cushions, so not usable, no cushion for the chairs either.

Beautiful quiet spacious villa. Pleasant heated and clean swimming pool, a professional welcome by a lady who is at your disposal, available, moreover, we thank her for the bouquet and all the rest! Successful and relaxing stay from September 6 to 9.

Thanks to xxx for his welcome and his availability, his friendliness and kindness, for the small problems encountered but really nothing serious and taken into account immediately, thanks to the swimming pool specialist (adorable)! We had a dream vacation...we really hope we can come back.

Infested with mosquitoes, impossible to stay outside for lunch or dinner without being devoured. House functionally correct but services that do not live up to expectations: very old shower cabin, fridge/freezer in very poor condition, door opening beep/garage door that does not work, pool lighting that does not work, cleaning swimming pool not done, no cot on arrival although billed, toilet seat which had to be changed .... Too bad.
