Well equipped house close to shops and markets. Very dirty garden maintenance not done but quickly resolved by the agency. Interior to refresh. Master bedroom mattress to change. Electric barbecue of no interest.

Quiet accommodation in a residence, very pleasant (Except when the dumpsters pass in the middle of the night because the master bedroom faces the street). Everything is provided (barbecue, washing machine, ironing, carpet for the sand ...), only downside on the state of certain pieces of furniture which are not well assembled and are therefore fragile. And flat on kitchen faucets and stove which are to be changed, otherwise nothing to complain about. I recommend this accommodation :)

The rental conforms to the description the agency staff is very nice and attentive The noise was really not a problem and we did not notice anything at the level of the garbage cans which yes passed but not before at least 9 am so not disturbing for us The only problem and not the least is the mosquitoes the rental is invaded by small critters which sting horible Despite the catches that the agency did not hesitate to provide and again thank you for the gesture

Good value for money Good geographical location Too bad the exterior is not usable (not maintained, roadside and garbage cans right in front)

Not relaxing because the road in front of the house was like a national where the cars were driving very fast we were disappointed

The house is spacious and well placed (near the store, not far from the Parc de la Prade and the beach). It is equipped with the necessary elements for a stay, just missing a kettle. The only downside to this house is the fact that it is next to the garbage cans (truck noises during collections) and it is positioned next to a fire hydrant and road trucks often fed there the night.

Pleasant house but outside space not isolated enough from the street which is noisy especially at night several garbage trucks passing and stopping at the corner of the house.
