Les Terrasses de l'Océan T2/6 Apartment 2 Moliets, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We had an excellent stay in this residence, the welcome is pleasant, the staff is particularly helpful. The apartment is comfortable. Beware the environment is a bit noisy!

Absolutely unsuitable for a family in the high season due to noise. All night long you are woken up by drunk partygoers walking right past the apartment. In the case of the morning market, it is set up with a great deal of noise at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place for you! Interior in need of renovation (e.g. toilet door doesn't close properly). W-LAN and TV for a fee. (nevertheless very poor W-LAN reception). Check Google Reviews!

We have been going there for several years because the residence is pleasant. I recommend.

Beautiful apartment fully furnished, great outdoor pool, great indoor pool (for bad weather), fitness area with a number of machines, sauna and everything near the beach.

Our stay went well, the staff is welcoming, efficient and responsive to each request. The -, the price of the tourist tax has increased from €0.90 to €1.50. It wasn't in the contract.

The visitor's tax is estimated by Interchalet in the travel documents at 0.81 euros per person and day. In fact, almost twice as much was due: 1.54 euros. This causes irritation - for vacationers and at the reception.

Large residence with simple but holiday-oriented apartments. Mostly quiet. Facility a bit outdated. TV without German channels (!). Very friendly and helpful service staff, partly English and German speaking. Restaurants (from 100m), shopping possibilities (250m) and the beach (400m) can be reached without a car. Pool very pleasant, if in the sea "red flags" prohibit bathing. I spent a very relaxing holiday here.
