3/5 for the view and for the garage (careful car size) the apartment is worth 1/5. - Cleaning not done, the floor, the bathroom (stains on the wall) and the white shower of dirt. I rubbed and oh miracle it was clean. The siphons were clogged, had to buy destop… - Fridge outdated, not defrosted, so had to do it to use it. - Doubtful stain on the undersheet of the bz, also out of age. - The apartment requires a major renovation, in particular the floor and the shower room. - Wifi paid but hs…

For the rest, the apartment is dilapidated, the balcony is all damaged, split, the shower tap runs with a weak jet and it is impossible to obtain a constant temperature. The fridge is very old and noisy at night, the low-end coffee maker makes sock juice, the BZ sofa is too tight for people over 1.90 m, no parking space and the garage is cluttered and does not allow no parking a car. In short, apart from the magnificent view the rest is very disappointing.

An apartment facing the sea, with a well-kept garden and bright and well-chosen colors for furniture and accessories! A somewhat small garage but facilities for parking very close to the accommodation.

But apartment in need of a refresh, especially the floor (very damaged) situation very close to the sea ... a really limited garage (for 1 SUV) a lot of maneuvers to enter and not touch

Apart from the view, total disappointment. Dirty apartment, there was a ton of dust and hair behind the bed and nooks. very strong odors in the bathroom / toilet which extends to the main room even when closing the door. Very little space between toilets/bathroom you can barely move around. Power cut as soon as you plug in a kettle or a toaster.

Beautiful sea view. We weren't able to park our car in the narrow garage.

Small but very functional, the view is amazing. You “live” on the beach direct access from the building. If you want to cook every day, bring an electric barbaque. Enjoyed 2 weeks, looking at the Mediterranean, we will be back.
