On our arrival: broken sofa bed, impossible to sit in it (hole) and sleep in it: broken slats and missing end caps, we noticed this on Saturday evening when it was time to sleep, we called the platform and on Monday morning we went to the local agency to report it, they did nothing and the next travelers will be in trouble too!! In addition, we chose this apartment because my husband snores loudly, me, breathing apparatus provided on the sofa bed

Swimming pool closed although it was not mentioned on the contract until our arrival. I let you imagine the disappointment of a young child of 4 years old!!! On top of that we paid full rates. I expect a commercial gesture from you thank you.
