- No hot water when we arrived - problem with flushing (I specify that the plumber was billed to me) - leaking shower head - drain in the horrible shower (flooding in the hallway) - the screen on the terrace which works one time out of three - the oven in height therefore obliged to take the stepladder - bunk beds in the corridor all that to say that your images are misleading because the apartment is really not like that at all I am disappointed

Housing well located about 20 minutes from the sea and very close to the lake, swimming pool, terrace, washing machine, large fridge, freezer. However 1 bedroom and not 2 (loft bed in a small hallway), limited utensils for some (4 teaspoons, 5 forks, 0 scissors etc), no brush broom, few sockets, poor sound insulation (wind noise and hallway). Last remark: 1 key for 4 friends (insufficient).

it's a shame to rent an apartment in it's condition torn curtains, damaged walls, dislocated sockets, broken radiator top plate, dishes no order, finally if you don't do a repair your apartment will not be worth much anymore because there is a very big lack of maintenance

One hour under the sun to take keys. Dangerous bunk bed - injury Bedside lamp and broken trash can lid. Especially swimming pool not open and not warned (residences next to open swimming pools - children very disappointed). Otherwise good location and apartment which could be good.

We were unable to take advantage of the swimming pool since it was empty throughout the stay (not reported by booking.com when booking), the lock on the front door of the apartment blocked during the stay (call from 'a locksmith). Otherwise apart from that, the apartment is well located, quiet, closed parking and pretty lake right next to it.
