an apartment exposed to full sun in the afternoons. The temperature can rise very quickly and the 2 fans are really appreciated in the middle of summer. The blinds are not in very good condition. The shower drain is very quickly saturated. The rest of the apartment is in good condition. Quiet residence for a month of July.
