Les Jardins du Barcarès

The accommodation is very well located on the fishermen's island near the cycle paths, the Dosses site, the Coudalere, the Lydia and its arts promenade, the port, the city center and its various markets. On the other hand, the accommodation and its equipment are aging, the shutters are falling apart, the bay window does not close, the mini parasol is broken, no grill for the barbecue, the sofa is dirty, the cleanliness is limited.

The apartment conforms to the photos but the general condition needs to be reviewed the walls are dirty is in poor condition, a lot of broken things (drawers, tap, shutters, bay window….) Too bad it would take a good refresh

We have been to this house in early September, and looking at the reviews, we were shocked to find that the stains on the toilet wall were so old! The cleaning is really, really to be reviewed... I strongly advise you to bring your sheets, we did not dare to sleep on those of the accommodation, given the state of the latter. Also, you have to take into account the lake next door which attracts a lot of mosquitoes (nothing to do with the house though) :)

Cleaning of the toilets needs to be reviewed, it was really dirty, the walls plinths with yellow dripping stains, the light bulbs were practically all out of order, the parasol was missing and be careful to plan everything well because there was absolutely nothing, neither paper towel nor dishwashing products, garbage bag , sponge, soap, PQ it remains half a roll, all the dishes were dirty, there is a barbecue but be careful to think about taking your utensils because there is none, terrace room ect.

Housing dilapidated and in poor condition, broken gate, front door no longer closes shutter in very poor condition, significant risk of break-in. Terrace not maintained, dilapidated table, no parasol. Inside the kitchen is correct, lifeline of the staircase broken, broken bunk bed, correct bathroom, filthy toilet, a large number of suspicious stains on the walls. In conclusion rental is not worth the asking price, the agency is not a guarantee of quality, only gives keys... to flee...

Rental dilapidated for example closing the bay window can not be done completely. Bathroom too cramped.
