Les Jardins de Neptune Apartment 2

We, aged 70 and 60, have been there more than 20 times. Nothing inside has been renovated and it is dirty, dishes are dirty, 4 lamps are missing lightbulbs, everything is in the same condition as it was 30 years ago, only worse. Pool use not possible on Saturdays and Sundays. We were put up at the playground, no other accommodation was possible, although only 10% full. My wife was locked in for over an hour, housekeeping came after 49 minutes, had to break down the door herself because she was panicking. The deposit was kept for this.

We have been guests there for many years. The quality of the property now leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, promised services (pool) were not available.

Since we have been guests of this accommodation for many years, we were very familiar with everything and, as before, we were very satisfied.

A great time with friends and family

The property was in a dirty condition before moving in. It was offered to clean afterwards. This was waived because we had cleaned the apartment ourselves. The facility is outdated and could do with a complete refurbishment.

The rooms were too small for a cot. Overall, the apartment needs to be renovated...

Disappointing value for money Upstairs room uninhabitable due to heat under the roof, confined space, narrow, terrace in full view of all, all the people in the residence could pass in front of it, I will not go back there

Simple equipment, moderately well-maintained facility, but always worth the low off-season price (we were here for the 8th time since 1998). Nobody sees us here during the high season: 8 times as expensive, endless hype, heat, ... the pool is already freezing cold in September, and all the years before that it was colder than the nearby Mediterranean Sea.

Very nice holiday complex, in the middle of the town, but very quiet. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and the harbour. Furnishings, as usual in France, are simple and functional. Beautiful terrace, protected from view, with the exception of the row of houses by the pool. There you sit on the platter. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The upstairs bedroom is uncomfortably hot due to the lack of air conditioning.

The houses are well equipped, everything is still quite new. The location is ok too. Baker and supermarket nearby. The pool is a bit small and it's a shame there aren't any loungers or at least chairs around the pool.

We were in the area for the second time. The accommodation is clean, not brand new and partly a bit worn but functional and very comfortable. Pleasant for us and our dog in every respect. At the reception there is a friendly reception - despite occasional language barriers. Even if we had questions, we were always served in a friendly and personable manner! Price - performance ratio TOPP.
