Les Hauts de Salavas Holiday Home 3 Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

I booked a week in this establishment, telling myself that at 1800€ per week we would have a higher level of comfort than a mobile home but not at all, we found deplorable bedding, very damaged tiling (tiles that peeling off and broken, very sharp), a very approximate cleaning service, the bed linen of the former tenants remained two days in front of our door before we finally informed the cleaning service. No air conditioning, no service

We had 2 great weeks, the main pool is great for children and the place is fun! Very nice cottage. We were just disappointed by a lot of lack in the proposals for drinks, pizzas, there is more and that's it!!! So we ate at the lodge and went out to other restaurants in the area! A priori, there is also a lack of staff so on some points it is minimum service! Too bad because the place has great potential!
