The house could use a lot of improvements from the missing gate at the entrance that leads directly onto the road to the uneven access steps to the house and the pool.

The house and the property could be so beautiful, but unfortunately it seems that nothing is being maintained or invested in anymore. The property is not fenced in, so wild animals and stray dogs sneak around the house at night (the house is right next to the forest). The stairs from the parking lot to the house have no railing and very high steps, very uncomfortable and dangerous!

A very nice setting for a holiday home. Well located to discover the highlights of the region. Small point that could be improved: the closing of the entrance for the safety of children near the road. To recommend.
