The house is in a beautiful location. The view of the sea and the beach is indescribable. The landlord was very friendly on arrival. The house looked great from the outside, but disgusting from the inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were not just dirty, they were disgusting: mold, dirt and indefinable residues. The walls throughout the house were covered in mold. Old, broken furniture. The dishwasher was broken, the landlord was not available. It's a real shame about the house, it needs a complete renovation. We won't be coming back.

Great location, nice landlords but ancient furniture that is falling apart, ancient pans, dirty kitchen

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the great surroundings. Endless beach, quiet bay for swimming nearby at the mouth of the Ay if the sea is too wild. Landlady very nice and helpful. The owners should perhaps plan some investments, some furniture, kitchen equipment and bed covers should be replaced.

Were the 3rd time in the holiday home. location is still unique. Unfortunately, the simple interior has not changed in recent years. New furniture and TV must be purchased. The current inventory belongs completely on the bulky waste. The house definitely needs to be renovated inside. Landlord very nice and helpful. Accommodation ideal for children and nature lovers. We will definitely go back to the house in the dunes in the future.

Unique remote location. Furniture could be more luxurious.

Were the second time in the FEWO, but often had bad weather and had to stay in the holiday home. The interior and order was criticized last year and not changed. After 5 minutes your back hurts on the bulky-waste seating. There was German television from an ancient mini TV with very bad acoustics. Half of all the closets were stuffed full of garbage again. The house is ideal when the weather is nice. The kitchen equipment is ancient.

Fantastic, quiet location for nature lovers, no accommodation for people who need fan. Very nice and helpful landlord! Landlord only speaks French. House needs renovation inside. Interiors are "worn". Cutlery, some pots and pans are mostly worn out and belong in the garbage.

The house is freshly painted on the outside and looks very cheerful with its blue shutters. Inside it could be designed a little more lovingly, there is a lot around and there is no comfortable seating. You can no longer directly from the house to the beach because the edge of the dune has broken off there. The bakery in a small hamlet in the direction of St. Germain-sur-Aybourg (approx. 2.5 km) is highly recommended - the baguette can also be baked up very well the next day.

Beautifully situated outside, you can enjoy pure peace and quiet here. The children could run around and play outside all day long, while far and wide there was not even a glimpse of anyone. The view over the dunes was fantastic and the beach was nice and clean and quiet. In the village there is a shop with tourist prices and some really good restaurants. Gladly again. If you love peace, this is the place for you.

House with "holiday" facilities, but the location with the view is simply breathtaking and makes up for everything. The fireplace draws and heats very well (just leave the pane up).

The house has a great, very impressive location in the dunes above the extensive beach. Everything is available in the house, except WiFi. It would be nice if some of the furnishings were gradually renewed. For bread, it is best to go directly to the baker in St.Germain sur Ay. You don't need to enter the proxy market in St. Germain sur Ay–Plage, a very unfriendly reception awaits you. For shopping, it is best to go to the nearest supermarkets in the area.

The location of the house is unique. Alone on a large property surrounded by natural plots. You hear and see nothing from the nearest neighbors. The only permanent roommates are rabbits, along with their droppings and flies. It's just nature! In the extension of the driveway there is a small natural car park, which is mainly visited by visitors to the local nudist beach. You only have a view of the sea from the first floor of the house, or if you go to the dune cliff, which is also the The advantage is that you can sit quite sheltered from the wind. The sunsets were spectacular. The furnishings and the kitchen inventory are getting old and therefore take some getting used to. Of course, a house on the coast is always a bit damp. In addition to electric heating, there is also a large fireplace in the living room, which works wonderfully. The handover and inspection of the house was very nice and completely uncomplicated. The fantastic location of the house and the absolute peace and quiet there far outweighed the small flaws.
