The +: Very nice terrace Superb view Close to the beach (even if it climbs steeply to get in) Very pleasant swimming pool (Does not open before 10 a.m.) Equipped as needed (umbrella, deck chair, terrace table) The -: Cleanliness of the walls ( lots of black marks) Shower not waterproof because the doors do not close properly Very dusty under the furniture when we arrived
