The +: Apartment well placed between Les Bruyères and La Croisette, which can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes (uphill on the way there). Departure and return on skis (Fontanette slope). Found a place to park in February vac sco. Parking too small. Well heated. Accepts small animals. The -: Narrow bunk beds, mattress approx. 70 x 190 cm. For young children. In our opinion, too small for 6 people. Squeaky loft bed box spring. Staircase which goes up to the narrow and steep mezzanine.

4 of us stayed in this apartment from December 18 to 25, 2021. We had a dream stay there, beautiful weather and a very functional apartment, nothing is missing! Balcony facing south, view of the slopes, quiet environment, no nuisance from the neighborhood. Ski bus in the morning at 8:30 am to be on time at the ESF Croisette otherwise, direct access to the track with the ski pass! Ideal! Cozy renovation of the apartment, much appreciated! Please note: very steep stairs to access the double bed

South-facing balcony with an unobstructed view. Complete equipment (with the essential raclette machine... in perfect condition!). Cozy renovation. But the major advantage of this apartment is its location at the foot of the slopes: no carrying of equipment. This was our primary selection criterion and we were not disappointed. The little unexpected plus in an old building: no noise pollution from the neighborhood.
