Apartment a little old but quite well renovated. Very well equipped (everything you need in the kitchen, 2 TVs, internet access, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, 2 balconies, Italian shower, 2 toilets). The underground garage is great and free parking on the street. A bit of a shame the overlooked view but not very annoying. Really ideal location. Public beach and supervised swimming less than 10 minutes away with skatepark and kindergarten. Mini-market, bar-tobacco restaurant at the end of the street, newsstand at the beach. Great.
