Super apartment ideally located close to everything

Well located, 50 m from the beach. Shops nearby. The accommodation is as advertised, there should be a few more utensils but to spend a fortnight, that is enough.

We had chosen this new apartment to be entitled to a parking space and more space and it turned out that the parking space did not exist, my fault for not checking it. Then concerning the apartment itself, no real parental bed because no bedroom, just a hallway with a sofa bed and a sofa paired with a mattress not at the same level, there too, I should have paid attention to the description . Regarding the kitchen utensils, it was very insufficient, you cannot make an aperitif, not enough glass, bowl, few pans and those present, completely burnt. I will quickly talk about the curtain of the loggia, which was not foldable before halfway, nice to see the sea .... and the state of cleanliness, you should not look too closely at it, especially for the windows. .. Too bad, we will not take over this apartment which is far too expensive for the service and compared to others in the same residence at the same time and with a real sea view.

Nice location in a busy street, but dilapidated building and apartment at the limit of healthiness. We had to clean when we arrived and found a whole pile of rubbish (handkerchief, bandage, nails, old paper,...). In addition, the window next to the entrance no longer closes, the awning of the pergola no longer opens, the elevator only worked half a day out of 3, etc...
