This is the second time we've stayed in this property. It is in a fantastic position for getting our children to ski school and access to the Bollin lift. The property was very clean. It has lovely views, places to keep helmets and boots and is a great size for a family of four. The shared areas are kept very clean and hoovered ever evening.

No furniture to store food, it would be enough to install one at the entrance to the living room on the left. Only one saucepan for 6 people! ... Folding beds really reserved for young children. Cleanliness of the mattress toppers leaves something to be desired. No insulation, air gets everywhere. On the other hand, very well located in the resort.

Good location, very nice living area, with small kitchenette, but well stocked. Too bad the second bedroom is missing, as described on the site. Very uncomfortable mattresses with blood stains and who knows what else. Also missing is a hairdryer, which at 13 degrees in the evening would be essential

Tiny ski locker. Max. 3 pairs of skis and no space for shoes. Heating - virtually non-existent. Perfect location. Exellent cleanliness. Friendly and available agency staff.

taken in hand very well on the other hand: - additional price for bath towels - €13/person for bed sheets (not even a cover for the duvets, dirty by the way) - catastrophic mattresses - 1 roll of toilet paper for everything the living room - absolutely nothing in the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc.) - no insulation: cold apartment - horrible smell in the hallways

Excellent location very close to the pistes and ski school just across the road from the Tufs lift. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable for 5 people but would be cramped for 7 people. Decor a but tired and in need of updating.
