The residence has a little colonial side which is very pleasant and you can easily reach the port of Trouville by car. The apartment is impeccable, very well equipped with very high quality dishes, which is nice. The view of the sea and the beaches of Trouville and Deauville from the balcony/terrace is simply superb, overlooking the Cordier park. Not to mention the beautiful brightness of the apartment and the elegance of the furniture as well as a modern and practical shower room.

The entire residential complex is in urgent need of renovation. The hallway is dark and spooky. (Rat control warning sign) The apartment itself has a fantastic view that matches the photos exactly. However, it is poorly cleaned, especially in the kitchen and the windows. The only wardrobe is in the bathroom, and is also storage space for old boxes and paint buckets. We didn't use it
