The whole place seems a bit neglected and run-down. Only the heating works well; the stove and hotplate have to be operated without instructions.

Overall good. Nice little house within walking distance of Cabourg. A towel rack in the bathroom would be very useful. It would be good to redo the few broken tiles in the entrance and put the house's entrance number back. The exterior is not very well-kept, the lawn is not mowed (very tall weeds), the house lacks ventilation, when you enter, a slightly old smell.

The accommodation is as advertised and large enough for a group of several people, the kitchen is well equipped, however instructions for using the appliances would be a plus!! In the bathroom, there is a lack of storage space. The living room space is very good but the chairs need to be changed, they are "fragile". In order to facilitate access to the accommodation, the locks on the entrance doors need to be changed.

Accommodation easy to access and park. Well located because 2 steps from Cabourg. Simple accommodation. Ideal for 4 people. Well equipped. Lack of shelf in bathroom to put products. Cleanliness ok. Pleasant little garden.

We spent a very nice holiday in this little house, whose location is ideal for both relaxing days on the beach and trips into the hinterland. You can eat very comfortably at the table in the garden. The garden could be a little more well-kept, though. Deck chairs/sun loungers would also be great! Overall, we felt very comfortable.

We were travelling with 3 children and felt comfortable in the little house. The operation of the door lock should perhaps have been explained beforehand on site, as this was not obvious to us. The same applies to the exact separation of waste.
