The apartment was definitely not clean upon arrival; everything was sticky, tacky, and greasy. Even everything in the kitchen, including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery, was put in the dishwasher before we could use it. Cleaning supplies also left much to be desired: the rechargeable vacuum cleaner, with its heavily soiled dust container and filter, only worked for 10 minutes. The floor mop and bucket were also non-functional. And so on. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning in the bedroom! After inspection, it's substandard!
